The start and end of the golf season at Glen Oak are dictated entirely by weather. Typically, the greens open in late March or early April, and close sometime around Thanksgiving, though prevailing conditions may extend or shorten the season. Glen Oak allows play on temporary greens when the course is not snow covered. The driving range typically opens in mid-April.
The club’s competitive season begins in Mid-April with the GAP matches and ends in mid-October with the October Invitational. League play begins in early May, and runs until the end of September.
