Jeff is hometown proud as he was born and raised in this area. He is a Scranton Central High School alumnus and a graduate of East Stroudsburg University. He recently celebrated his 32nd year in club management and is proud to be the only person to ever have successfully managed two of the area’s premier country clubs. He and his wife of more than 35 years, Marlene, currently reside in Clarks Summit.
Food & Beverage Manager
Hana was born in Czechoslovakia. After arriving in the United States, she became enamored with the Hospitality Industry and was hired at Mount Airy Lodge, where she learned the business. Fifteen years later she moved on to Split Rock Lodge and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. She also worked five years at Camelback Aquatopia and Ski Resort and owned a fine dining restaurant in the Poconos.
Hana enjoys meeting people, traveling, reading a good book and skiing.
Executive Chef Patrick Williamson has been the club’s Chef since 2011. His career started working for his family’s restaurant business in the Philadelphia area. He then moved to San Diego, California where he worked at Top of the Cove restaurant in La Jolla. His time spent there is what he considers his true culinary training which continues to impact his creativity.
